Well, 6 weeks of Androgel and a whole lot of good food and exercise and I'm a solid 174# Yeah! I think I've reached my goal. Additionally, I can now do 3 sets of 15 dumbell chest presses aat 20# each. (My highest weights) (I'll have to go get some 25's and 30's. But 3 sets. Yippee! Stronger by the day. I also look pretty damn good for 51 too.
