The purpose of this blog is to document, in a very public way, my endeavor to gain about 30 lbs and some muscle mass. Since my surgeries in the early 2000's and the abuse my body has gone through over the past few years have taken their toll. It is my hope to regain some of "what I used to have."

171lbs. No Dream!
Yup, I think I finally made it. Two weighs today and confirmed both of them. I think it just took time.
